Admiral Merchants Fuel Surcharge on Permitted loads only at the following weights (this applies to quotes based on cents per mile only):

70,001# – 80,000#	$ 1.38 cpm
80,001# – 90,000#	$ 1.58 cpm

Permitted loads not meeting the weight criteria but over-height or over-width use a FSC of $ 0.99 cpm

Over-height is Greater than 13’6” or Over-width is Greater than 13’.

The FSC is not cumulative and is only calculated once at the appropriate weight or dimension class.

Permitted loads are defined as a load where state permits are required to be purchased.
